ABOUT "A PEN AND A NAPKIN"
"A Pen And A Napkin" was created in the summer of 2019 by Marty Plum as a multi-platform resource to help coaches improve their programs by tapping into the strategies and experiences of our fellow coaches. A veteran coach of 25 years at both the collegiate and high school level, the mission of "A Pen And A Napkin" is to help coaches hone their craft with podcasts, coaches clinics and "A Pen And A Napkin University", an interactive coaching course to help any coach at any level!
